Lease A Car Direct provides free lease tools and plain-English guides. You do not need an account, a purchase or a contact request to use them. Broker and dealer matching is not active. These terms describe the site; they do not book transport, arrange a lease or authorize sales contact.

Estimates help you ask better questions

Calculator results, cost comparisons, quote checks, tax information and shipping ranges are estimates or educational information. They depend on your entries, the assumptions shown and the available data. Missing details, local rules, lender programs and changes in fees can change the result.

Check the written offer and contract before you decide. Confirm taxes and registration costs for your actual address and transaction. A score or flag is a prompt to ask questions, not a finding that a price is fair, a fee is unlawful or a lender will approve you. The site does not provide an individual legal, tax or financial opinion.

Vehicle records may be incomplete or delayed. A vehicle lookup does not establish ownership, repair status or fitness for a particular use. Confirm important information with the relevant source and a qualified professional when needed.

Your use of the tools

Enter only the information a tool asks for. Do not enter Social Security numbers, account numbers, driver's license numbers or private documents. Keep personal information out of printed or shared examples unless you intend to share it.

You may use the tools and guides for your own research and comparisons. Do not attempt to access other people's information, bypass security or request limits, submit harmful content, or disrupt the service. A calculation or a visit does not give anyone permission to contact you about a sale.

A shipping estimate is not a booking

Lease A Car Direct is operated by Othex Corp. Ship A Car, Inc. is a separate company under common ownership with Othex Corp. The shipping estimator is free. Any shipping service you later choose has its own price, availability and contract. Confirm the provider, price, timing and terms before arranging transport.

When a shipping request form is available here, it separately asks you to agree to share your name, email address, pickup and delivery ZIP codes, and one vehicle description with Ship A Car, Inc. for a quote. Ship A Car, Inc. may email you about that shipping quote request. A separate, optional choice lets you allow calls by a person at the number you give, about that request only. The call choice starts unchecked and is not required to get a quote. No texts or automated or prerecorded calls are authorized. You do not have to book shipping or buy anything. We keep and share your phone number for this request only if you choose calls. Otherwise, a supplied number is checked against the stop list in memory and then discarded without keeping its value or hash. A phone-only request is not accepted.

A request receipt confirms receipt by this site, not delivery to Ship A Car, a transport booking or a promised response time. If the form is unavailable, the estimator does not send a request. A link to Ship A Car's separate website takes you to that company's own request process and terms.

Request choices and privacy

A receipt cancellation link applies only to its own request and asks you to confirm. Entering an email address on the stop page cancels that address's open requests without emailing that address or creating a continuing stop. To stop future shipping-request emails from us and future sharing with Ship A Car for that address, use an unsubscribe link in an email we sent and confirm. A later request does not remove that stop. We pass on stops to Ship A Car for emails and calls about the affected requests. These actions cannot recall information already sent.

A stop ends permission for email and any calls you allowed for the shipping request. The privacy notice explains these choices and how inputs, request records and stop records are handled. These terms do not replace a separate consent choice or remove any applicable privacy or consumer rights.

Sources, links and availability

We use public sources and local data to explain lease costs. Sources, formulas and services can change or become unavailable. Check the date and limitations shown with information you rely on. A link to another website does not make its terms, content or services ours.

Tools may be interrupted or return incomplete information. Do not rely on this site as the only record of an offer or agreement. No estimate guarantees a lease, a rate, a tax amount, a delivery price or a saving. Nothing in these terms waives rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
